Capital decisions are often discussed as if there is a correct answer: raise now, conserve cash, hire aggressively, pursue profitability. In reality, the same event can justify completely different decisions depending on the company. That's what this session is about. As new developments unfold, teams will decide how to respond, defend their thinking, and compare their decisions with the rest of the room.
