Austin Vegan Musicians and Singers - July Meetup

Our meetups are relaxed, fun, and completely pressure-free, creating a space where people can come together, make new friends, and share the joy of playing music in a positive and encouraging environment. (Link to lead sheets below) Music We gather to play a selection of songs together using lead sheets shared in advance, making it easy for everyone to participate. Meetups typically last about two hours. The first hour is focused on playing the planned group songs, while the second hour is more open and collaborative, giving members the opportunity to suggest songs, lead the group, or share something of their own if they’d like. We’ll be meeting at the spacious second-floor rehearsal room at Sound ATX. The space is fully equipped with plenty of room, chairs, amps, and music stands, and microphones or keyboards can also be rented if needed. Our overall vibe is casual, creative, and community-focused. Whether you’re an experienced performer, a beginner, or someone who simply loves singing along, you are welcome here. Vegan snacks are provided for everyone. Just bring your own bottled water and come ready to make music and have fun together.
