Soul Craft... Journaling & Art Flow

This is a weekly gathering where we will find a bit of connection and serenity in the midst of our busy lives... a moment of calm in the middle of the week. We'll start with reflective writing prompts, and finish with a small art expoloration to deepen the mind-body learning. We will work our way through the journals over the sessions, with writings and artworks that will culminate in a wonderfull log of our life and experiences. All supplies provided, including journals. My hope is that this becomes an intimate, safe, and comfortable space where we can carve out some time for ourselves, and connect with amazing people on a regular basis.
